On April 2, a resettlement caravan reached Sarijali village in the Aghdam district. In this phase, 28 families comprising 110 people were provided with the keys to their new homes, APA reports.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from the Special Representative Office of the President of Azerbaijan for the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts, as well as officials from the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Families resettled in Sarijali were allocated newly constructed individual houses.
Currently, nearly 40,000 people reside in Garabagh and Eastern Zangezur, including former internally displaced persons, employees working on regional development projects, and personnel serving in local branches of state institutions, as well as those employed in the recently revived healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry, and energy sectors.

Azerbaijan relocated more families to Ağdam's village of Sarijali, APA reports.
28 families (110 people) are being relocated to the village of Sarijaly today.
11 families (39 people) from Barda region, 9 families (41 people) from Baku city, 3 families (13 people) from Mingachevir city, 1 family (4 people) from Agjabedi region, 1 family (4 people) from Agdam region, 1 family (4 people) from Ujar region, 1 family (3 people) from Gadabay region, and 1 family (2 people) from Yevlakh city are being relocated to Sarijaly.
Thus, taking into account today's migration, a total of 37 families (146 people) are being relocated to the village of Sarijali.
