"We are sure that the implementation of ecological restoration works within the framework of the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation will ultimately lead to the revival of nature in these territories," said Mukhtar Babayev, Azerbaijan's Minister of Ecology and Natural Resource at the event dedicated to "I State Program on the Great Return to territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, liberated from Occupation" in his lecture called "Ecological aspects of the Great Return", APA reports.
"Of course, this situation cannot be accepted as normal by our community. We understand the concern of the community," said the Minister.
