A delegation led by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducted a working visit to Hanoi at the invitation of Vietnam's Prosecutor General Nguyen Tien, the Press Service of the Prosecutor General's Office told APA.
It was reported that the delegation visited the bust of National Leader Heydar Aliyev at Azerbaijan's embassy in Hanoi.
Within the framework of the visit, on March 24, the delegation was received by Luong Cuong, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Prosecutor General conveyed President Ilham Aliyev's greetings to the General Secretary of Vietnam's Communist Party and the country's president.
President Luong Cuong expressed gratitude for the greetings from the head of state and requested to convey his greetings to the President of Azerbaijan.
