Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov held an operational meeting at the Oil Refinery where a fire had broken out, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan told APA.
Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov visited the site of the fire that took place at the Oil Refinery on March 5 to investigate the causes of the fire on-site and directly observed the firefighting process.
The Prime Minister held an operational meeting with the participation of the Minister of Emergency Situations, heads of relevant structures of the ministry, the President of SOCAR, and other senior officials.
Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov, SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf, and other responsible individuals presented reports on investigating the causes of the fire and assessing the damage.
The Prime Minister gave instructions on taking decisive actions to investigate the causes and prevent such incidents in the future.
