The position of Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on climate issues is being added to the first classification of administrative and auxiliary positions, APA reports.
This is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law "On Civil Service" discussed at today's session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament).
According to the draft, the scope of the first classification of administrative and auxiliary positions is being expanded.
Note that by the order of President Ilham Aliyev dated February 5, 2025, Mukhtar Babayev was appointed as the Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on climate issues.
The draft law was adopted in the first reading.
