People who establish facilities that that contribute to the mass gathering of birds dangerous to aircraft flights will be fined up to AZN 10,000, this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Administrative Offenses Code discussed at today’s meeting of the Law Policy and State Building Committee of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), APA reports.
According to the draft law, individuals will be fined 3,000 AZN, officials 5,000 AZN, and legal entities 10,000 AZN for setting off pyrotechnic products without a proper permit or for constructing facilities that contribute to the mass gathering of birds dangerous to aircraft flights.
Currently, a fine of 50 manat is applied for this offense.
