The proposed amendment to the Tax Code discussed at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee for Economic Policy, Industries and Enterprising envisages increasing cases that do not require work permits or foreigners and stateless persons, APA reports.
According to the draft law, the resident of the technology park and specialists with experience in the field of information and communication technologies recruited by that resident to work in the country are added to the circle of foreigners and stateless persons who are not required to obtain a work permit. In accordance with the draft law, it is planned to issue permission to those persons for temporary residence in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
