Domestic cooperation procedure is determined in the framework of combating the legalization of property obtained through crime and financing of terrorism, APA reports.
It’s reflected “On the fight against the legalization of property obtained through crime and the financing of terrorism” draft law which was brought up for discussion at Milli Majlis’ meeting held today.
According to the draft, the Anti-Corruption Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan participates in the formation of the state policy in the fight against the legalization of property obtained through crime and financing of terrorism, and studies and summarizes the implementation situation of the legislation in this field carries out control to the implementation of the state programs.
