Azerbaijan to arrest violators of aircraft operation rules, APA reports.
This is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which was discussed at today's meeting of the Committee for Law Policy and State-Building of Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament).
According to the draft law, if a person who is obliged to comply with the rules of aircraft movement safety and operation due to the work he or she performs or the position he or she holds violates those rules, and causes minor harm to the health of victim through negligence, a fine of five hundred to one thousand manats will be imposed or administrative arrest will be imposed for a period of ten to twenty days, taking into account the circumstances of the case and the identity of the violator.
