On May 29, the resettlement convoy reached the village of Beylik in the Lachin district, APA reports.
As part of this phase, keys to newly built individual houses were handed over to 41 families comprising 163 people.
Representatives of the Special Representative Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district and the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons took part in the ceremony.
Note that currently, over 43,000 people live in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur. This population includes formerly displaced persons who have returned, as well as those involved in implementing regional development projects, and employees of local branches of various government agencies, as well as newly restored healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry, and energy institutions.

Today, another relocation convoy was sent to the Beylik village of Lachin, APA reports.
At this stage, another 41 families (163 people) is relocated to Beylik village.
24 families (100 people) from Baku city, 14 families (50 people) from Absheron district, 1 family (7 people) from Barda district, 1 family (3 people) from Gobustan district, and 1 family (3 people) from Khachmaz district have been relocated to Beylik village.
Lachin residents thanked President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva for their comprehensive care and expressed gratitude to the valiant Azerbaijani Army, which liberated the lands from occupation.
Currently, more than 43 thousand people live in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur. Among them are former internally displaced persons who have returned to these areas, as well as employees involved in the implementation of restoration and construction projects, employees of local departments of various government agencies, as well as specialists employed in healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry, and energy institutions that have resumed their activities.
