Note that Official Baku is taking practical steps to meet the humanitarian needs of the Armenian-origin residents of Garabagh.
Saatli, Sabirabad, and Aghdam hospitals have been made operationally ready for the mass reception of people injured in the explosion near Khankandi, as well as, brigades were urgently sent from Baku to treat them.
