The tuition fee of 20 200 full-time students (13,8%) is paid by the state, Araz Pashayev, Executive Director of the Education Student Loan Fund, said at a press conference, APA reports.
Mr. Pashayev said that students, the link is sent to the phones of the students, who apply for a loan, they enter this link and register the application: "However, some types of phones do not provide activation of links. In this case, those students are offered alternatives. Last week, 420 people were refused for this reason."
