Fines for activities that may threaten flight safety, such as firing weapons, launching rockets, or conducting explosive work without the necessary permission, will increase by up to 100 times, this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which was discussed at today's meeting of the Committee for Law Policy and State-Building of Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), APA reports.
The draft suggests fines of 3,000 AZN for individuals, 5,000 AZN for officials, and 10,000 AZN for legal entities for such violations.
Currently, the existing code imposes a fine of 100 AZN for this administrative offense.
