“We found out almost at last moment that the 3rd round of talks will not take place. Let me mention that the first round of talks took place in October in Geneva and the second round in Washington in November, and it was planned to held third round in Moscow,” said Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov at the joint conference conference on the results of talks with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, APA reports.

The minister stressed that Armenian side presented new proposals package to Baku shortly before the meeting: “But we’ve sent proposals to Armenia a month before. After presenting proposals, Armenian side stated that Azerbaijan allegedly refuses meeting and attempted to form false public opinion with spreading disinformation with that”.
