Another group of children has been brought to Azerbaijan from Ukraine, Ukraine’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Yuriy Husyev, said this on his Facebook page, APA reports.
He mentioned that the guests were welcomed by the head of the Working Group for the Azerbaijani-Ukrainian Interparliamentary Relations, MP Alibala Maharramzadəe and embassy staff.
During their visit, the children will undergo rehabilitation at a sanatorium in Guba and will also become familiar with Azerbaijani culture.
Additionally, the young guests will visit the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Baku and take a tour around the capital.
The embassy also noted that this is the ninth group to arrive from Ukraine for rest and rehabilitation during the war.
Ambassador Husyev expressed his gratitude to Azerbaijan’s leadership, its people, and a group of people involved in charity work for their support in organizing the trip.
According to him, this support is not only a true reflection of the friendship between two peoples but also a significant contribution to strengthening the Ukraine-Azerbaijan strategic partnership.
