“In total, nearly 170 thousand coronavirus tests have been conducted so far. It not a bad indicator in comparison with other countries”, said Head of Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Medical Insurance Zaur Aliyev at the press conference of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
He said infection cases started to increase in the middle of April: "In recent days, the growth is being observed. This is associated with easing of the quarantine. Earlier, people preferred to wear personal protective equipment. But now, we see that people in public transport and outside don’t use masks. And this causes growth of the number of infection cases".
