“In recent days, the growth of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases has been observed in Ganja and Lankaran cities”, said today Ramin Bayramli, chairman of the Board of Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) said at the press conference of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers dedicated to extension of the period of the special quarantine regime in Azerbaijan until May 31, APA reports.
R. Bayramli noted that during this period, the correction should be made in activity of the medical institutions: “In recent days, we witness the result of this activity, and we invite our citizens to be more responsible”.
The chairman of the TABIB stressed that the “green zone” marks the area without any infection, the “yellow zone” marks the area with less than 50 infections, the “orange zone” – the areas with over 50 infections, and the “red zone” – the areas with over 100 infections: the preventative quarantine rules will be applied in “yellow zone”, the medium-level quarantine rules – in “orange zone”, and strict quarantine rules – in “red zone”. There are yet “yellow zone” and “orange zone” in Azerbaijan”.
