The resolute measures are being implemented in regard to the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 infection under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev in order to protect people’s health and security. The social isolation rules and the special quarantine regime have been applied and the activities have been limited by the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers for this purpose. In the framework of these measures, also the opportunity has been created for the implementation of court proceedings related to civil cases and commercial disputes by means of “Electronic court” information system, APA reports citing the statement made at the online press conference of the Ministry of Justice.
It has been noted that in connection with this, in the framework of the implementation of the decree of the head of state on Deepening of the Reforms in the Judicial-Legal System, dated April 3, 2019, by continuing the measures on increasing the functionality of e-court information system, taking into account the requirements of Code of Civil Procedure and studying advanced international experience special program module has been developed by the Ministry of Justice.
