Parvin Abbasov – APA. “The funds allocated from the state budget of Azerbaijan for one students or masters are not even enough for their scholarshipâ€, said Chairman of the Parliament’s Committee on Science and Education Shamsaddin Hajiyev during the discussion of the draft state budget for 2013.
During the joint meeting of the parliament’s 6 committees, the chairman suggested that education expenditures from the state budget to be increased. He recalled that the teachers’ salaries were increased in previous years and said that it would be better if the educators’ salaries were increased more.
