Higher temperature has been recorded in October of the previous yearsâ€. Asif Verdiyev, chief hydrologist of the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry’s National Hydrometeorology Department told APA. He said the temperature recorded now is typical for October: “23-35 C recorded now cannot be considered anomalous. 27, 28 even 29 degrees were recorded in the previous years. The warmest temperature for October was forecasted in 1930. That year the maximum temperature was 35.1 C. Since then the highest temperature was recorded this year, on October 9. The temperature was 32.7 C that dayâ€.
Asif Verdiyev said warm weather will be observed in Azerbaijan during the upcoming 3 days.
