Elnur Aslanov: “We must form a creative generation that will be able to respond to new challenges through new opportunitiesâ€
Executive Director of the Science Development Fund Elchin Babayev made a speech at the event and said that the government of Azerbaijan takes all measures for young people to play a role in future development of Azerbaijan: “National leader Heydar Aliyev established the youth policy in Azerbaijan. Important decisions on establishment of the Science Development Fund and Youth Fund and study of young scientists abroad were passed in the country over the last years. One of main intentions of the Science Development Fund is to extend scientific results, which were achieved in Azerbaijan, to the world. Such fairs make great contributions to this work.â€
Head of political analysis and information department of the Presidential Administration Elnur Aslanov said that the youth is the main force bearing Azerbaijan to future development: “Any economic, political social and cultural originate in science. Our main goal is to create economy and policy based on science. There are both new challenges and opportunities. We must form a creative generation that will be able to respond to new challenges through new opportunities. The steps towards youth development, solution of unemployment problem, formation of innovative way of thinking of youth in Azerbaijan were considered in “Azerbaijani youth in 2011-2015†State Programâ€.
The scientific conference of Young scientists on “The new challenges: experimental and applied basis of the scientific innovative research works in modern state†will be held on July 25-27 within the frame of winner grant project over 1st contest of young scientist and specialists of Science Development Fund under the President of Azerbaijan Republic and scientific innovative idea contest will be held between the young scientists. The young scientific and researchers will deliver scientific reports and presentations at the conference and contest.
Speeches of researchers will be evaluated by jury consisting of ANAS’s full and corresponding members. Valuable gifts will be presented to young researchers who will take the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in the scientific innovative ideas contest.
