552 food poisoning cases occurred over 6 months of this year

APA reports that exploitation of 198 facilities had been stooped and 87 persons had been dismissed from the offices.

6001 food samples were tested in laboratories for their organoleptic and physical-chemical, 4498 â€“ for their microbiological, 1309 â€“ for their toxic indications and 114 â€“ for their radiological indications. 77 of examples didnâ€™t meet the norms of organoleptic and physical-chemical indications and 183 â€“ microbiological indications. Intestinal bacterium has been identified in 165 samples of 9888 taken from the provisions of restaurants and wedding houses. Normative-technical documents and receipt projects of 44 provisional products were agreed in the hygienic certification control field, 534 products were certified and 675 were registered in the state hygienic registration. 135 food poisoning cases have been identified in the reported period and 177 people suffered during these cases. 16261 smear samples and 327 samples of cold collation were taken from the wedding houses. 276 of smear samples and 3 from cold collation were revealed violation of norm.

552 food poisoning cases occurred in the fist 6 months of this year 616 people suffered during these cases. During this period, 11 cases of botulism were discovered, 16 people were suffered and no one died.
