According to him, the repair works and new asphalt laying have started from Dalga Plaza to Azneft circle and seaside boulevard road till Azadliq square. The traffic will be restricted in Neftchilar avenue from July 14 for indefinite periods and the direction will be changed.
The drivers are asked to use the alternative roads – from Bayil settlement to Upland Park, Parliament avenue, Mikayil Mushfig street using Gurban Abbasov street; Azadliq square by crossing from Uzeyir Hajibeyov street and Rashid Behbudov and Bakikhanov streets; to Khagani street by crossing from Rasul Rza street; from intersection of Bulbul avenue and Uzeyir Hajibeyov street, Samad Vurghun streets.
