Youth Leadership Program started between Azerbaijan and the US

APA reports it was said in the ceremony that 16 pupils and 3 teachers arrived in Azerbaijan from the US within the program. 34 pupils and 6 school teachers will visit the US from Azerbaijan in September.

US ChargÃ© d’Affaires in Azerbaijan Adam Sterling told journalists that this new program will play a bridge role between Azerbaijan and the US. He said that the pupils and teachers arriving in Azerbaijan from the US will live in the Azerbaijani families and become familiar with the Azerbaijani culture.

It was noted that the US pupils and teachers are from Phoenix, Arizona, Seattle, Washington. They will stay in Baku and Gandja for 3 weeks.

Azerbaijani pupils and teachers will visit Arizona and Washington. The YLP aims to carry out the exchange of culture between the participants, propagandize the leadership skills, teach the best models for planning and implementing the projects for societies.
