Misir Mardanov: â€œNo one has been given gold and silver medal for results of this year in Azerbaijan yetâ€

We will make a decision on the basis of the results of final examinationsâ€, said Minister of Education Misir Mardanov, APA reports. He said the medals can be given according to the rules confirmed by the Cabinet of Ministers: â€œLast year the final exams were held by the Ministry of Education, but there were some changes this year. We must reconsider this issue in accordance with these changes. No one has been given gold and silver medal for results of this year in Azerbaijan yet.â€

The minister said that there is no problem on giving of certifications to the graduates of secondary schools: â€œThe certifications have already been given in Baku. We will give certifications as we receive information on marks from the SSAC. No problem will occur here. We can give all certifications within a day.â€
