Baku – APA. Baku will host the meetings of emergency ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization member countries and working groups on emergency situations on September 17-18. The ministers of Azerbaijan, Albania, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine, as well as several observer countries will attend the meeting, public relations department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan told APA.
The ministers will discuss the development of cooperation between the emergency ministries and other government organizations of member countries, intergovernmental reaction to the natural and industrial disasters, strengthening of agreement on emergency aid cooperation and its amendment as an important regional mean, reducing and prevention of seismic risks, organizing workshops and other issues. Final Baku Declaration will be adopted at the meeting.
