It cannot be said that the United States is completely neutral in the Ukraine conflict, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, given Washington's influence on the European Union and Ukraine, as well as Trump's sincere desire to help achieve a peaceful settlement, it cannot be said that the United States is completely neutral in the Ukraine conflict.
Peskov stressed that Russia highly appreciates the United States' desire to help resolve the situation in Ukraine: "So far, no one has refused this."
The Kremlin spokesman also emphasized that the Kremlin has not heard any statements from the United States confirming that Washington is no longer a neutral mediator in Ukraine.
