A 17-year-old teenager has been detained in Dagestan for planning attacks on schools around the world, APA's Russia bureau reports.
The Russian Investigative Committee and the Federal Security Service (FSB) announced that the detained teenager had created and led a terrorist organization.
It was established that he recruited teenagers for attacks on schools with the intention of committing mass murder. The targets were not only schools in Russia, but also in CIS countries, as well as in the United States and Europe.
According to the teenager, one of the organization's members set five arson attacks in Texas in January.
The Investigative Committee released a video in which the teenager stated that officers of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) participated with him in managing a network of communities and Telegram channels.
