Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev – APA. Milli Mejlis will make serious amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences in its autumn session, Parliament’s Social Policy Committee said, APA reports. The committee chairman Hadi Rajabli put the issue on discussion and said that it would concern the protection of rights of Azerbaijani workers of foreign oil companies. He said there would be penalty duties set up for violation of balances of the number of Azerbaijani workers involved in the company by contractors and subcontractors. “The official will be fined for 2000-2500 AZN and legal entities – for 10000-12000 AZNâ€.
The document was recommended to the autumn session of the parliament after the discussion.
