Azerbaijan International Education and Career Exhibition kicks off - <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION</font>

Baku. Kamala Guliyeva â€“ APA. Iteca Caspian, the exclusive partner in Caucasus of ITE Group, is holding the 3rd Azerbaijan International Education and Career Exhibition in Baku from September 10-12.

The aim of the Azerbaijan International Education & Career Exhibition, which is supported by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Youth and Sports, and Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is to create a platform for dialogue between employers, educational institutes and young people. It is the largest event of its kind in the region that informs young people of the developments of local and international education.

Minister of Education Misir Mardanov addressed the opening ceremony, saying the exhibition attracts more than more people since its inception.

â€œ53 companies from 12 countries are represented in the show this year, up 25% from a year ago. Praiseworthily, Azerbaijan-based education institutions account for half of the participants. Not only universities, but also vocational technical schools and even secondary schools have joined this event enthusiastically,â€ he added.

According to him, education institutions based in Switzerland, UK, Germany, Turkey, Italy, Russia, Czech Republic, Hungary and many other countries show off their opportunities at â€œStudy Abroadâ€ section.

â€œNearly 10 000 Azeri students are studying abroad through various programmes. About half of them are studying in Russia,â€ he noted.
