International Education and Career Exhibition to be opened in Baku tomorrow

Baku. Kamala Guliyeva â€“ APA. Third Azerbaijan International Education and Career Exhibition will be held in Baku on September 10-12. The exhibition will be organized by British ITE Groupâ€™s South Caucasian partner Iteca Caspian and supported by the ministries of education, youth and sport of Azerbaijan and Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
According to APA, Minister of Education Misir Mardanov said at the press conference dedicated to the exhibition that the number of participants is increased year-by-year. â€œ53 companies from 12 countries will attend the exhibition this year. It is 25 percent more that last yearâ€™s figure. The number of Azerbaijani education centers participated at the exhibition was also increasedâ€.
The minister said the sector â€œEducation abroadâ€ would give large information about the educational centers of Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Turkey, Italy, Russia, Czech Republic, Hungary and other countries. â€œAbout 5 000 Azerbaijani students are getting education abroad. 900 students are studying according to different agreements reached by the government and 400 â€“ within the State program on education abroad.
Mardanov said different companies would present their goods â€“ school uniforms, training programs, books and tests.
Exhibition manager Khayal Aliyeva said they would hold charity action â€œDonate books for orphanages and boarding schoolsâ€ within the exhibition.
