Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. Under the decision of Azerbaijani government, Azerbaijan International University (ABU) has not admitted students this year. But it does not mean that the higher school has been closed,†Education Minister Misir Mardanov told journalists, APA reports.
“If the leadership of Azerbaijan International University makes a turning point in its activity, this decision will change. I have talked to the university leadership several times. The students of the second, third and fourth year will continue their education. If they pass the final exams, they will get diplomas. I think the situation concerning ABU should be a lesson for other state and private schools,†he said.
