Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. “It is impossible to hold centralized graduate examinations together with admission”, said Chairperson of the State Student Admission Commission (SSAC) Maleyka Abbaszadeh at a press conference held on the end of high school admission campaign for 2009-2010 academic year, APA reports. She said SSAC’s admission examinations and selection, but the graduate examinations held by the Ministry of Education are attestation. “Those are different examinations. Russia took this way and united the examinations which caused scandal this year. It is impossible to hold united examination. If the centralized graduate examination is fair, its results could be taken into consideration during the high school admission. This year 54 percent of school-leavers gained 0 -200 points. If the school-leaver received attestation, he or she has to gain at least 200 points. 73 applicants, who gained less than 200 points, submitted attestation with excellence to SSAC”.
