New rules on traffic in Icherisheher to be effective from tomorrow

The aim of the new rules is to prevent intensive traffic in the territory of the reserve, preserve the monuments and historical buildings in Icherisheher, improve tourism, ensure security of pedestrians. In connection with this, all roads in Icherisheher will be one-lane. Residents living and operating in Icherisheher, special vehicles (fire engines, police vehicles, ambulances) will have free access to the territory with an e-card. The commercial facilities will get fee-based e-card. The drivers of other vehicles will be able to enter the territory by tickets. They will pay AZN 2 for the first hour, and AZN 1 for every following hour.
