19 countries will compete in each semifinal and 10 countries will qualify for the final.
G-5 countries – France, Great Britain, Germany, Italy and Spain will perform directly in final on March 14. Great Britain and Spain will be able to vote in the I semifinal, France, Germany, Italy will be able to vote in the II semifinal.
