Russia, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Serbia, Slovakia, Belarus, Albania, Belgium, Greece, Iceland, Macedonia, Malta, Poland, Portugal will perform in the first semifinal, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Ukraine, Denmark, Israel, Lithuania, Sweden, Switzerland, Georgia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland, the Netherlands, Romania, Armenia and Slovenia will perform in the second semifinal.
The Big Four – France, Germany, Spain, UK and winner of Eurovision 2009 Norway have the right to perform directly in the final.
Eurovision 2010 will take place in Telenor Arena, Oslo. 39 countries will participate in the contest. The heads of the delegations will meet in Oslo on March 22.
