Armenia announces its representative at Eurovision 2010 – <font color=red> PHOTO  </font>

Baku. Ulkar Gasimova – APA. Armenia announced its representative at Eurovision 2010. Eva Rivas, the winner of the Armenian selection, will represent Armenia at Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo in May.
The selection among 9 candidates was based on SMS-voting and jury decision on February 14. 22 years old Eva Rivas and her song “Apricot stone” got the largest number of TV viewer’s votes.
Her real name is Valeria Reshetnikova-Chaturyan. She was born in Rostov, Russia and has Greek, Armenian and Russian roots. She began to sing in choir at 7. Eva Rivas participated in the different contests and won some of them. Her vocal teacher is Ruben Matevosyan.
