Adil Karimli: About ten composers applied to us for composing the song for Eurovision 2010 - <font color=red>PHOTO</font>

Baku. Ulkar Gasimova â€“ APA. Azerbaijanâ€™s representative and song in Eurovision song contest will be selected by March 1, head of Azerbaijani delegation to Eurovision Adil Karimli told APA. He said local and foreign composers had already applied for composing song.
â€œThe songs will be received by February 20. The opinion of the jury will be taken into consideration while selecting the song. Unlike the previous years, the selected song will be performed by all three qualifiers and the jury will pass a decision,â€ he said.

â€œAbout ten composers have applied for composing song for Eurovision 2010. All of them are foreigners. Arash is not among them,â€ he said.

Karimli refuted the reports that Safura Alizadeh would represent Azerbaijan in Eurovision 2010.
â€œIf we wanted to send somebody beforehand, we would not hold the national selection and publicize our representative. Being the National Broadcasting Council we have the right to select our representative. TRT nominated ManGa without holding the national selection,â€ he said.

APA reports that the authors of the song that will be performed by Azerbaijanâ€™s representative in Eurovision 2010 are known. Famous American producer Timbaland will compose the song. Timbaland has special role in the promotion of Justin Timberlake. Timbaland is now working with Rihanna.
