Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King of Saudi Arabia sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
The letter reads:
"His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
I received with deep sorrow the news of the crash of an Azerbaijani passenger plane in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which resulted in the loss of lives and injuries.
I offer my deepest condolences to Your Excellency and to the families of the deceased. I pray to Allah the Almighty to grant mercy to those who have lost their lives, to grant patience and comfort to their loved ones, and to bestow a speedy recovery upon those who were injured. May Allah protect you from all harm!"
