First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of his birthday, APA reports.
The letter reads:
"Dear Ilham Heydar oglu,
Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of your birthday!
