Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze has sent a letter to Azerbaijani President to extend condolences over plane crash, APA reports.
The letter reads:
"I was deeply saddened by the news of the Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane crash near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan.
On behalf of the Government and people of Georgia, I extend my heartfelt condolences to you and the people of Azerbaijan. In this difficult time, we stand by our brotherly Azerbaijan. We offer our sympathies to the families of the deceased and wish a swift recovery to the injured.
Your Excellency, we share in your sorrow and that of the friendly people of Azerbaijan."
