A number of documents have been ratified between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, APA reports.
Based on the decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev, the “Agreement on Cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” signed in Astana on October 21, 2025, has been ratified.
After the entry into force of the Agreement specified in Part 1 of this Decree, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must notify the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan that the necessary domestic procedures for the entry into force of the Agreement have been completed.
By another decree of the President, the “Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Statistics between the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” signed in Astana on October 21, 2025, has been ratified. After the entry into force of the Memorandum of Understanding specified in Part 1 of this Decree, the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must notify the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan that the necessary domestic procedures for the entry into force of the Memorandum of Understanding have been completed.
Also, based on the decree of President Ilham Aliyev, the “Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Industrial Property Protection between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” signed in Astana on October 21, 2025, has been ratified.
After the entry into force of the Agreement specified in Part 1 of this Decree, the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must notify the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan that the necessary domestic procedures for the entry into force of the Agreement have been completed.
