Bonn. Anakhanum Hidayatova – APA. The sixth Deutsche Welle Global Media Forum has today kicked off in Bonn, Germany.
APA’s correspondent reports from Germany that the forum is focusing on the international economic growth, social policy and the role of media in the modern world.
Totally 2500 persons, including German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle, "Alternative Nobel Prize" winner, Indian physicist Vandana Shiva, American linguist Avram Noam Chomsky, Chinese blogger Li Chengpeng are attending the conference.
The conference is being held under the motto “The Future of Growth – Economic Values and the Media” and will last till June 19.
