Space Independent Television & Radio Broadcasting Company has been warned for violating article 33 of the law on public TV-radio broadcasting, item 2.1 of the Special Rules for programs grossly affecting physical, mental or moral development of children and juveniles, broadcast unencoded, and agitating for erotica and cruelty as well as articles 35.5 and 35.7 (non-compliance of the advertisement broadcasting with the rules and requirements defined by the law) of the law on public TV-radio broadcasting, by displaying a graphic view – a nurse using physical force on and causing injury to an underage child – which can potentially harm children’s physical, mental and moral development during the broadcasting (at 20:41) of the news program “HÉ™r HÉ™ftÉ™” (Every Week) which started at 20:30 November 22, 2014.
