In his meeting with President of APA Holding Vusala Mahirgizi, the ambassador gave information about his country, noting that Indonesia pays special attention to its relations with Azerbaijan, APA reports.
The diplomat also emphasized the role of media in the enhancement and development of relations between the two countries, pointing out that for this reason the Indonesian embassy attaches importance to the cooperation with APA.
The ambassador said APA is a reliable source of information, adding that thanks to this agency he keeps up to receive information about Azerbaijan and the region.
Informing the guest about APA Holding, V. Mahirgizi said relations between the two countries are on the rise and Azerbaijan and Indonesia are successfully cooperating both bilaterally and within international organizations.
She noted that APA is interested to cooperate with Indonesia media outlets, stressing the high importance of this cooperation in terms of providing more accurate and detailed information about Azerbaijan to Indonesia and about Indonesia to Azerbaijan.
The sides also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest during the meeting.
