Baku. Javid Zeynalov - APA. “Tax Audit Department of the Taxes Ministry has sent us a letter. The letter contains the list of the documents and computer data that have been seized. They have even given us the list of manuscripts. The letter says that the ministry has conducted inspections, though they appealed to me I was not present in the familiarization with the documents. We do not admit it and state that Tax Audit Department has not appealed to “Ganun” Publishing House in this regard,” director of “Ganun” Publishing House Shahbaz Khuduoglu told APA.
He said the documents were inspected in the absence of the publishing house representatives.
““Ganun” Publishing House has appealed to Economic Court regarding tax inspections. According to the law, everything must be continued after the court passes decision. The hearing will be held early in December,” he said.
