APA reports that the court’s decision was announced in the process. According to the decision, Bayramli’s appeal was not accepted.
Bayramli was arrested on February 17. Accusing of Criminal Code Article #234 (the illegal purchase, possession and sale of drugs), Bayramli was sentenced to 2 year imprisonment with the order of the Binagadi district Court. Baku Court of Appeal reduced the sentence to one year. Bayramli appealed for his early release given the fact that he has already served more than half of his sentence.
