Iranian President’s advisor meets with chiefs of Azerbaijani information agencies
Ali-Akbar Javan-Fekr noted that his country attaches great importance to the relations with Azerbaijan, media plays an important role in strengthening the relations between the two countries. Speaking about the policy pursued by Iran, advisor said Tehran wants peace both in the region and in the whole world.
“We have always supported peace, progress, peaceful living of people. But America and its allies want its contrary. The happenings in the Near East and North Africa are a part of the scenario of the US and Zionism,†he said.
Chiefs of Azerbaijani agencies briefed the guest about their agencies, the state of media in Azerbaijan.
Ali-Akbar Javan-Fekr shared his views on Azerbaijani media. According to him, necessary conditions have been created for normal media, press is developing in Azerbaijan. Regarding Azerbaijan’s achievements as Iran’s achievements, advisor underlined that media plays an important role in these achievements.
The sides exchanged views on the issues of mutual interest.
