Construction of Horadiz-Aghband railway to Zangezur corridor has been 68% completed-VIDEO

The design of the Horadiz-Aghband railway line leading to the Zangezur corridor is 85% complete, and the construction is 68%, "Azerbaijan Railways" CJSC (ADY) told APA-Economics.

8 stations, 22 bridges, 2 large tunnels, and a total of more than 550 engineering structures are being built under this megaproject, which characterizes the Great Return and its greater regional impact.

"This line will boost the economic development of Karabakh and East Zangezur, end the transport blockade of Nakhchivan, and become the next "iron bridge" connecting Europe and Asia," the statement said.
