Azerfon to improve roaming service quality

Baku. Aynur Veliyeva - APA-ECONOMICS. With the introduction of 3G technology, Azerfon will further improve the quality of roaming services, Azerfon’s 3G project manager Serge Arbogast.

According to him, more than 70% of Azerfonâ€™s roaming partners already use 3G which enables higher quality roaming in the network.

He added that Azerfon carries out activities on the active development of its roaming network.

In July Azerfon and Vodafone launched a non-equity partnership which allows Azerfon to offer its subscribers a range of services for using the "global network", as well as an expanded area of coverage in Azerbaijan.
